Breakfast Book Club

June 22nd, July 13th & August 10th - 9:00am - 10:00am
Join "Miss" Wendy at The Java Good Day Cafe in East Greenville for breakfast and great conversation.

Books we will be discussing are:

¤ June 28th - City of Beasts by Isabel Allende
When Alexander accompanies his grandmother on an expedition to find a Beast in the Amazon, he experiences ancient wonders and a supernatureal world as he tries to avert disaster for the Indians.

¤ July 19th - Gone by Michael Grant
In a small town in California, everyone over the age of fourteen suddenly disappears, setting up a battle between thos who have "The Power" and those that don’t.;

¤ August 9th - Everyone Sees the Ants by A.S. King
Overburdened by his parents’ bickering and a bully’s attack, Lucky begins dreaming of being with his grandfather, who went missing during the Vietnam War, but during a visit to Arizons, his aunt, uncle, and their neighbor Ginny, help him find a new perspective.

Books will be provided. Be sure to sign up and pick up a book beforehand. The first book will be available starting June 7th. (Don't forget to bring in your library card).
