Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive regarding Library Cards. If your question isn't answered below, please give us a call at 215-679-2020
How much is a library card?
Library cards are free to any person living in our service area. Certain restrictions apply to those who live outside the Upper Perkiomen Valley Library service area. Please see a library representative to clarify your status.
How do I get a library card?
Each person who wants to obtain a library card must fill out the library card application. If you are under the age of 18, you need a parent’s signature on the application. Along with the application, proof of residency must be provided in the form of a document with your current address (driver’s license, mailed bill, etc).
What do I do if I lose my library card?
The library is happy to replace a lost or stolen card. Come to the library and report the loss to a library representative. There is a fee of $1.00 for the first replacement card and $3.00 for any replacement card thereafter.
