|
How much is a library card? |
Library cards are free to all people.
Certain restrictions apply to those who live outside the Upper Perkiomen
Valley Library service area. Please see a library representative to
clarify your status. |
|
How do I get a library card? |
Each person who wants to obtain a library
card must fill out the library card application. If you are under the
age of 18, you need a parent's signature on the application. Along with the application, proof of residency must be provided in the form
of a document with your current address (driver's license, mailed bill,
etc). You can
download, print, and fill out the application
before visiting the library (requires Adobe® Reader® to open, free
download: for
PC users &
free
download for
Mac users). |
|
What do I do if I lose my
library card? |
The library is happy to replace a lost or
stolen card. Come to the library and report the loss to a library
representative. There is a fee of $1.00 for the first replacement card
and $3.00 for any replacement card thereafter. |
